Ten Henderson State University students will vie for the title of Miss HSU 2018 at 7 p.m. March 8 in Arkansas Hall. The pageant will feature lifestyle and fitness, evening gown, and talent competitions, and is a preliminary event for the Miss Arkansas Pageant.
The 2018 contestants are:
Kaili Pridgen, a freshman English major from Strong.
Dawn Coffman, a senior elementary educational studies major from Ashdown.
Dominique Walker, a senior psychology major from Blytheville.
Jessica Nicosia, a junior business entrepreneurship major from Arkadelphia.
Jeana Lovett, a junior pre-med biology major from Waldron.
Robin Campbell, an elementary education studies major from Pine Bluff.
Heather Jackson, a senior family and consumer science education major from Caddo Gap.
Adrienne Prince, a junior accounting major from Glen Rose.
Suzanne Sorrells, a junior nursing major from Amity.
Lavonica Powell, a junior middle level education major from Foreman
Entertainment will be provided by 2017 Miss HSU Olivia Moore, Miss Arkansas Maggie Benton, Jennifer Wright, and members of the HSU Dance Company.
Former Miss HSU Brittney Humphrey Blackerby will serve as host. Admission is free and open to the public.
