Smith crowned 2018 homecoming queen

October 22, 2018 by Henderson State

Hope Smith, a senior Health and Human Performance major from Camden, was crowned 2018 Henderson State University Homecoming Queen during a pregame ceremony Oct. 20.

Keanna Peck, a senior political science major from Hot Springs was first runner-up. Second runner-up was Keira Bates, a junior aviation major from Little Rock.

Henderson’s Heart and Key organizes the selection of homecoming candidates and ensures that the crown and flowers are ready.

“We also want the campaign to be fun, and for each candidate perform some type of student spirit activity,” said David Sesser, Heart and Key adviser.
