Pianists to present recital Sept. 1

Dr. May Tsao-Lim, associate professor of music at Henderson State University, will collaborate with pianists Luis Sanchez and Libby Vanatta in a piano recital Sept. 1. The free performance begins at 7:30 p.m. in Russell Fine Arts recital hall.

The recital will include four-hand duets, two-piano four hands, and one-piano six hands, and will feature works by Dvorak, Brahms, Copeland, Rachmaninoff, Ravel and Bach.

Tsao-Lim teaches piano pedagogy, class piano, and applied piano at Henderson. Sanchez is associate professor of piano and head of keyboard studies at Texas A&M University-Commerce. Vanatta is an instructor of piano at Texas A&M University-Commerce.
