May 17, 2017 by Steve Fellers

Nunley to present senior art exhibit

Hailey Nunley, an art major at Henderson State University, will present her senior exhibit Sept. 28-Oct. 4 in Huie Library’s student gallery.

Entitled A Cup of Joy, the exhibit is an artistic expression of Nunley’s dream to own a coffee shop. An opening reception will be held Sept. 29 from 2-4 p.m. at the gallery, located on the library’s second floor.

Nunley, a graduate of Nashville High School, is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in digital art and design. She has studied under David Stoddard, Kasten Searles, and Aaron Calvert. A Cup of Joy is a culmination of her studies in digital art and ceramics.

The exhibit is free and open to the public.
