The 2017 Summer Reading Program theme is Build a Better World. This program will focus on creating, repurposing, and bulding. Children will be given the opportunity to participate in science, technology, engineering, and creative activities. This program aims to help children discover new ways of looking at the world around them. Events will take place on Tuesdays at 2 p.m. in June and July (with the exception of July 4) in the Huie LIbary second floor classroom. Events are targeted toward ages 5 – 12.
Adults can log all the books they read or listen to between June 5 – July 31 here and enter to win prizes.
