Sophomore art students at Henderson State put their works on display Feb. 22 in the Garrison Center Grand Ballroom for the annual sophomore review.
Henderson art faculty assessed each student’s work to determine if they are are advancing properly through the art program, said Kathy Strause, chair of the art department.
“This is a sincere effort to help students evaluate their intentions as art majors,” she said. “It identifies individual students’ strengths and weaknesses and is also intended to help guide majors into the area of emphasis most consistent with their skill and interest levels.”
Each student will receive an evaluation.
